Heart
We help you recognise and name what you are actually feeling instead of pushing it down. With trauma-informed awareness, we gently explore your emotional patterns and stress responses, and build the tools to communicate your needs and set boundaries with confidence and calm.
Body
We work directly with your nervous system so your body can stop living in survival mode. Through breathwork, body-based awareness and personalised grounding practices, you will learn to feel safe and steady in yourself even when life around you is not.

The four characters tool sounds simple but I still use it. I was lying in bed one night replaying something embarrassing and instead of going down the rabbit hole I stopped and asked what my wise self would say. She said it is fine, go to sleep. And I did. That is new for me.
Fern has this way of meeting you exactly where you are. She is warm, she is funny and she does not let you get away with just living in your head.

I came in mostly functioning but having moments where I would spiral internally or question myself.
The biggest shift was learning to notice the different voices in my head and actually pause to see which one was showing up and why.
There was a situation at work where I would normally have spiralled and felt embarrassed. Instead I could step back, see it clearly and find compassion for myself rather than judgment. That has really stayed with me.
I also explored what actually feeds my self-confidence, something I had never done before, even in therapy. I realised it is not something you either have or do not have. It moves with how you are showing up for yourself day to day.

Built From Experience, Not Theory
The story behind the method
I want to tell you something that goes way beyond my credentials.
I grew up in Brazil in a large family, raised by my mum alongside eight siblings. She worked full time in a shoe factory and still came home exhausted to care for all of us. She cooked from almost nothing. She baked our bread. She made our clothes with her own hands.
And she did all of this while living in a home marked by domestic violence we witnessed as children.
As a child, I did not have the language for what I was seeing. But I felt it deeply in my body. The stress. The silence. The survival. The responsibility.
And yet, even in all of that, she loved us fiercely. That love shaped everything I became. Everything I am today is rooted in her strength and in what I learned about endurance, care, and holding it all together from a very young age.
That promise became the fuel behind everything I did. I studied harder than anyone around me, earned a scholarship, and became a civil engineer. At 27 I built my mum her house.
And I thought that would feel like arrival.
Instead I felt empty.
I had achieved everything I had worked toward my whole life but I did not know who I was without it. That is when I first experienced what I now understand as emotional burnout and disconnection from self. I just did not have the language for it yet.
At 29 I made a decision that changed everything. I left Brazil and moved to Australia alone. No English. No job. No one waiting for me. Just a suitcase and a quiet belief that I would figure it out.
My first job was cleaning houses.
That season was humbling in a way I did not expect. It slowed me down. It stripped everything back. And for the first time I started to actually meet myself.
I got a job as an engineer, became an Australian citizen and built a career from scratch in a country that was not mine. I met my husband, and like any two people from completely different cultures and languages learning to build a life together, we had our challenges. Counselling changed everything for us. It was one of the best things we ever did.
And then we decided to start a family.
We went through four IVF cycles, five tracking cycles, surgery, and years of trying. Nothing worked. Eventually a doctor told me I’d need donated eggs to become a biological mother. That was not something I wanted.
I do not think I can fully describe that moment. It felt like something in me collapsed.
And yet I kept going. I went to work. I showed up for life. I held everything together on the outside while falling apart internally.
At the time I thought that meant I was strong. Now I understand it differently. I was in survival.
Eventually I stopped fighting my experience. And I started listening to it. Not intellectually but through my body.
I began to notice patterns I had carried since childhood. Staying quiet to stay safe. Over functioning. Putting everyone else first. Disconnecting from my own needs.
I realised I had been living from these patterns my entire life without knowing it.
That is when I started to slow down. I became certified in mindfulness, life coaching and trauma-informed approaches, and more importantly, I stopped trying to fix myself and started learning how to understand myself.
My son arrived when I was 37. He changed my life in a way I still do not fully have words for.
After that I knew I could not go back to the way I was living before. I opened my coaching practice because I felt deeply called to help other women find what I had to learn the hard way. Calm. Clarity. Self trust.
This is why I created my Mind, Heart and Body method. Because I learned something very simple but life changing. You cannot change your thoughts without understanding your emotions. And you cannot understand your emotions without working with your nervous system and body. It is all connected.
